Rev. Fuller is a graduate of Penn View Bible Institute, Penn View, PA.
He and wife Marjorie have been married for 30 years and have two sons, Steve, Jr. and Eric.
He has pastored a total of 15 years, 7 in Windsor, NY and the remainder in Strattanville, PA.
